Most standard orders to the UK are delivered for £4.95 or less, many are free. The delivery cost is based on the product’s size and weight.
If a product is delivered free of charge this is clearly displayed on the product page.
UK delivery of non-standard products
A non-standard product is something that’s considered to be tricky to post.....fragile, high value, large or heavy items for example a large footstool or huge lamp and shade. For these products, the above costs won’t apply - you’ll find the delivery cost shown in your basket before checkout. However as a guide large lamps cost £8.95 and Footstools £40
Paint samples are delivered free of charge.
Delivery of sample pots of paint is just £0.95

We understand that there are a variety of reasons why you may want to return a product, and that’s no problem. However, if you decide to return anything bought from us, please notify us within 14 days of your intention to return goods. We’ll be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is returned unused, in its original packaging and in fully re-saleable condition. Returns should be made within 28 days from receipt of goods. If the product returned is not in fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
It’s rare that we have faults with our products, but we understand that sometimes this can happen. We are dealing with fragile products and accidents happen but if your product arrives damaged we would be super grateful if you could take a quick photo of the packaging and the product and email it to us.
If your item is faulty or you’d simply like to return your order, please email email@example.com and we’ll refund or send out a replacement as quickly as possible. If the item is faulty we will refund the cost of your return, just email a photo of your proof of postage. However we ask customers who have just changed their mind about an item to cover the cost of the return.

Packing Your Returns
Please reuse the original packaging where possible when sending your returned items to us. Please ensure that any non-faulty items are sent back to us unused, and in the same condition, it was sold to you. We cannot accept any returns that are not in their original state or have been damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging.
